Nite Yun x Caroline Glover @ Annette - October 16th 2025
I am over the MOON to be welcoming Nite Yun, my friend and fellow Food and Wine Best New Chef, to Annette on Thursday, October 16 for a special night to benefit the Independent Restaurant Coalition.
You might recognize Nite from a little TV show on Netflix called Chef’s Table…or you might know her as the proprietor of Lunette Cambodia in San Francisco’s Ferry Building. She’s an incredible cook and a wonderful person, and she’s coming to town to collaborate with us on a five course prix fixe menu featuring dishes from her forthcoming book “My Cambodia: A Khmer Cookbook.” (The book comes out in December—just show us proof of pre-order and we’ll send you home with a little parting gift!)
Nite was born in a refugee camp after her parents escaped war-torn Cambodia. Her family eventually moved to California, where she grew up listening to her father’s Khmer rock ‘n’ roll music and learned to cook traditional Cambodian dishes from her mother. Inspired by trips to Cambodia to learn about her heritage, Nite dedicated herself to bringing the flavors of Cambodian food back to the Bay Area.
Tickets are $125 per person, with beverages available a la carte. $25 from each ticket will go directly to @indprestaurants, the only organization in the country that advocates exclusively for small independent restaurants like ours, their employees, and their communities.
This is going to be such a special night of Annette x Lunette food—you really won’t want to miss it. Come join us and help contribute to an amazing organization.
