Annette x Cloverdale: A special five-course dinner

We are excited to announce that on Saturday, August 11, we will be collaborating with the talented Patrick Ayres of Cloverdale restaurant and farm in Steamboat Springs on a five-course meal at Annette! Patrick and his team create amazing tasting menus, sourced mostly from their 10-acre farm in Steamboat. They share our passion for simple cooking showcasing the best qualities of fresh, local ingredients. Caroline and Patrick met at the Slow Food Nations conference in Denver a couple of weeks ago, and quickly hatched a plan to collaborate. This will be a celebration of the height of Colorado summer from two up-and coming young chefs, and we are excited to share it with you. Tickets are $75 plus tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing for $40.
