Annette at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park!

On January 12 and 13, we'll be cooking at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park as part of Table, the hotel's pop-up restaurant series. The restaurant will be closed on those days, but you can get your Annette fix (and enjoy some time in the mountains) by visiting us in Estes Park. Learn more and book tickets by clicking here! To start
Deviled eggs
Chicken liver, quince mostarda on toast

First course
Coal roasted beets, shaved fennel, frisée with cilantro and charred orange vinaigrette

Second course
Parsnip and pear soup with toasted almonds

Third course
Braised lamb neck with flatbread, spiced cream and pomegranate and herb salad

Dessert
Chocolate and orange mouse parfait
Stroopwafel and coffee
