Annette is thrilled that Denver is hosting the Slow Food Nations festival this month. To help kick it off, on July 13, we will host a four-course, wood-fired and seasonal prix-fixe meal, inspired by the ethos of Slow Food and served at our community table (pictured above). For $65 for person (or $120 for two), diners will enjoy the following menu:
Butter lettuce and tarragon salad with pickled onions, candied sunflower seeds and ricotta salata
Grilled miso green beans with sesame and garlic
Pork belly with cherry agrodolce, kale, onion butter and millet
Roasted chicken with Pedro Ximenez sherry vinegar, spring onions and dandelion greens
A seasonal cocktail with mezcal, apricot, earl grey and lemon will be served as well, and a wine pairing option will be available for $30.
We will offer two seatings, one at 5:45 p.m and one at 8 p.m. Only 10 seats are available per seating, so call Annette at 720-710-9975 to book your reservations now!
